II. VEERO CLUB MEMBERSHIP & DEVELOPER MEMBERSHIP LICENSe

Veero.net grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use our templates, themes and other products sold through our web site by independent contract providers in accordance with these Section I and III of these Terms & Conditions.

1. LIMITED USAGE GRANTED

I) VEERO CLUB MEMBERSHIP: The domains and licenses are various depending on the length of your membership and you can see the comparison by visiting the appropriate section. You can change to any templates released during your membership period on the licensed domain. Sub domain (sub.yoursite.com) and the main domain (yoursite.com) will be considered as 1 domain.

II) VEERO DEVELOPER MEMBERSHIP: Subscribers are given the right to run unlimited instances of any templates or any other products on any domain.

The Developer Membership License can be used by developers to build 3rd party sites using our templates and other products.

2. MODIFICATIONS: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use.

3. UNAUTHORIZED USE: You are not authorized for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from us.

4. ASSIGNABILITY: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer the license you have purchased to anyone else.
