Installation issues

Q. I can't seem to upload/install the Joomla template I got from you.
Please make sure you have unzipped the file that you downloaded from us.
Also, sometimes the permissions on your Joomla don't allow for any uploads. Try uploading the template using an ftp client instead.

Q. The source files I found in the folder are flat and don't have any layers.
Our source files are in PNG format, the native format for Adobe Fireworks. You need to open these files with Fireworks to see the different layers so that you can do any necessary edits.
Alternatively you can contact us to request a PSD version.

Q. I installed the template but it doesn't look like your demo at all.
We don't make use of Joomla's default modules and positions since they tend to overcrowd the template.
With all our templates you will find a pdf that includes a list of available positions. You need to assign your modules to these positions in order for the site to display correctly.
If you have difficulties assigning modules we can do it for you free of charge.
